You need a product with hydoquonone to fade brown spots. The drugstores carry Porcelana and Nadinola which are good fade creams. See a dermatologist for acne. You could make it worse.
Does anybody know if Vitamin E skin cream is good for brown spots and acne on the face?
Everybody is different. Dab a bit and see if it works for you.
